WWII Nerf Returns from Past to Annihilate Future! I present to you my Nerf Vulcan EBF-25 with WWII Paint Modification. This was by far the coolest thing Nerf has put onto the market, the problem was it was hideously colored. I can't blame them it is after for kids but I'm a big kid. I was inspired by some of the other imaginative paint modifications out there and decided to give it a go. I did a three gun series of these, you can see the rest in my gallery.

Hey, I started a build similar to this one, I'd really appreciate it if you'd check it out :D

Just a quick question: do you add a clear coat of paint after you drybrush all the details onto the blaster?

That's insane.

AMAZING. I can't even imagine this with the green and orange and all that of unpainted nerf equipment. The detailing on this is mind-boggling. I'm repainting my nerf, hopefully I can get it to look anywhere near this cool

If you sanded this down before painting, what type did you use/suggest for painting?

You should use Krylon Fusion, you don't need to sand or prime with it. If you can't get your hands on that, try vinyl dye, which can be found at auto shops.

First of all: Congratulations! It's AWESOME!

Please, do you have any tutorial? What was your process? How do you got that "scratches" effect? With silver and black paint? Wich comes first?

Please! I got tottally inspired by your work, I NEED to do something like this to my Maverick!

If possible, reply with a private IM, please! Thanks and congratulations!

This inspired me to make my own custom Vulcan. Maybe you could give me some tips\advise on painting effects. One day I hope to make mine look this good. I made a custom front piece out of 24 gauge sheet metal for my Vulcan & really love it.
Here's mine;
